The Ripmo V2 and Ripmo AF share the same upper link. Unlike the carbon Ripmo, the Ripmo AF doesn't need a new shock yoke to allow fitment of the upper link, so you can get all the performance benefits without the cost of a yoke. Our link for the Ripmo AF is designed with the riders that want to push the descending capabilities of the frame as far as possible in mind. The amount of progression is increased to 31% from 19% with the stock linkage. By increasing progression, balancing small bump sensitivity with bottom out resistance and support is easier than ever and, unlike volume spacers, the ramp up is kept nice and smooth over the extent of travel to avoid the "end of travel wall" feel that spacers can create.
