Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer Free shipping for orders over $50 to certain states in the United States. If your address qualifies a Free shipping option will be available on checkout.   Free shipping is typically takes 3-5 days once the shipment leaves our location. 

Shipping To Canada. Low Cost Flat Rate

We offer Flat rate shipping via DHL to all Canadian Customers.

We offer multiple shipping rates on checkout, you can choose from the selection and we will ship your order using the choice you made.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  International shipping does not include any taxes or duties that may be charged by the destination country, you will be responsible for them once your shipment arrives in country

Customer is responsible for providing a safe and secure address for the shipment, Cascade Components is not responsible for loss once the shipping carrier has delivered the order.
