Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how return your package. You can always contact us for any return question at support@cascadecomponents.bike.

Once we receive your return, we will evaluate its condition and issue a refund in accordance with the refund policy outlined below.

Cancelations

An order can be cancelled at any time up until it has been shipped. Cancellations have the option of a refund in the form of store credit, which is issued with no transaction fees. After an order has been shipped, it must be handled as a return. Refunds for cancelations will be issued in accordance with the refund policy below.

Refused delivery

If you refuse delivery of a package, it will be handled in the same manner as a return. Once the refused package is returned to us, we will evaluate the product's condition and issue a refund in accordance with the refund policy below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or scratch and dent orders.

Exchanges
You can exchange your item for another any time prior to when it has shipped. If you owe an additional amount for the new item, we will send you an invoice for the difference. If the new item costs less, we will issue a store credit for the full value of the difference or refund less an 8% transaction fee for the difference.

Refunds
Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. For returns, a 25% restocking fee and any additional shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Cancelations will be offered the choice of a full refund in the form of store credit or a refund to the original payment method with an 8% transaction fee deducted. If you have refused delivery of your package, the refund will be issued after the return approval and after the carrier has charged the return fee.
