Do you make links in custom colors?

Unfortunately not. We do our best to select colors that reflect and compliment the most popular bike frame colors, but unfortunately not all colors are available. Due to the nature of our production cycle, manufacturing links in custom colors is more of an increased workload than it’s worth.

Does Cascade Components have dealers?

Cascade Components currently does not offer our products through dealers or other sellers, but we do ship our links worldwide and are happy to work with you and your specific situation!

Can you make a link for my bike?

We are always looking for new bike models to build links for! If you have a bike that you’d like to own a link for, send us an email with the info below and we’ll check it out!

Returns & Cancellation Policy


If you have purchased a link and have decided you no longer need or want it, we accept returns if the link is unused and undamaged. All returns must be made within 90 days of purchase. Please email info@cascadecomponents.bike before returning any links, so we can give you an RMA number. If you have a link that fits the above criteria and have purchased a new bike that we make a link for, you can exchange the link for a different one as long as the link you are returning is for a current generation bike. With all returns, we will evaluate the condition of the link upon receipt prior to issuing a refund or exchange.

Cancellations and returns are subject to a 5% transaction fee. This covers the cancellation fees we have to pay our web store hosting service when a transaction is cancelled. Please order wisely so that this doesn’t happen.
